With over 21 years of experience, Licensed Aesthetician Paula Hu brings expert, results-driven skincare to Honolulu. After earning her AAS in Cosmetology from Honolulu Community College, she obtained her Cosmetology Certificate and Beauty Operator License, dedicating her career to advanced skincare and aesthetics.
Paula’s professional background includes extensive continuing education and hands-on experience in both day spas and medical spas. She also served as the sole Medical Aesthetician in the Kaiser Permanente Aesthetics Department in Honolulu, working closely with plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and medical professionals to deliver high-level skincare treatments.
In 2019, Paula founded Modern Aesthetics Hawaii with a clear vision: to provide customized, results-driven skincare services in Honolulu. Her practice blends modern techniques with thoughtful, personalized care, helping clients achieve healthier, brighter, more confident skin.
